Why in the name of God has Apple not made a auto-hide feature for the menu bar in Mac Os X LEOPARD!?
Seriously, do you realize how ridiculously retarded that is not to integrate.....great job Apple.
Why didn't they just include the auto-hide feature for the menu bar at the top?....... freaking imbeciles
I don't hate Apple....but man.......that is irritating. Especially when i just don't want to see it or im trying to run a program in full screen.
The only time the menu bar auto HiDes is when the dvd player is running at full screen.
GOD!
I know there is tweaking to get it done....but i just don't know where to look or how to do it.
Thanks. That was the answer i was looking for TOM G. Extra Thanks.
Im running my games in Crossover. That mostly why.
The menu bar contains all the actions for the running application. The reason DVD doesn't show the menu bar is that it is not intended to be used during the operation of the application. Quicktime also does this when in full screen mode. World of Warcraft and other similar games on Mac do not use the menu bar so it is not visible. I would guess that the application you are using requires the menu bar. Windows behaves the same way except that every application has its own menu. When at full screen, these applications show their menu bars. Video players and games don't show the menu on Windows either.
If you must change the behavior, try this article:
