Upgrading to Mac Os X Leopard?

Hey there, I would like to upgrade to Mac Os X Leopard 10.5 + and I don't know which is the best one to buy?

I looked on amazon, and they offer Snow Leopard (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mac-Snow-Leopard-10-6-DVD/dp/B001AMHWP8/ref=sr_1_2?s=software&ie=UTF8&qid=1284584850&sr=1-2) and another version (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mac-OS-Leopard-10-5-6-Retail/dp/B000FK88JK/ref=sr_1_1?s=software&ie=UTF8&qid=1284584850&sr=1-1)

Which one to choose? And could I get it cheaper anywhere else?

Thanks in advance :)

Versions of OsX are code named after big cats.
10.2 = Jaguar
10.3 = Panther
10.4 = Tiger
10.5 = Leopard
10.6 = Snow Leopard

Here is all the information and tech specs on every Mac ever made. Find your specific model and look for 'Maximum OS' down near the bottom:

http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/index.html

-10.5 install discs costs around $100 dollars. It includes iLife 08'.
-10.6 install discs costs like $150 and come with iLife 09' and Iwork 09'.

The $29 dollar 10.6 disc is only the operating system and, according to Apple, can only be used in conjunction with 10.5 discs. Off the books, you can do a clean install of 10.6 by itself, you just wont have iLife or iWork.

Amazon is the cheapest authorized retailer of OsX install discs. Apple and Amazon have some contract and they're actually cheaper on Amazon than at the Apple store.
