just bought a s&w .40 sigma series. Has no manual saftey 10-12 lb pull would you feel safe carrying chambered?
I was thinking of getting my ccw and was wondering if that is safe to chamber one without it having a manual saftey even though the trigger pull is so long. Any feedback would be helpful thank you
ya know... for 80 years every Cop in the world carried a SW or Colt Double action revolver with a 10-12 pound DA trigger... and over a loaded chamber.
DAO semi's are just as safe. That's exactly why they don't put a mechanical safety on Glocks and many of the striker fired pistols. Pressing the trigger is the only act that makes the thing go "boom"
