Xcode 3.2 with Mac OS X Snow Leopard?

So is the Xcode for Mas OS X Lion going to look the same and will I be able to use this with this book?

XCode shouldn't change too much. That book is current enough that you won't get lost in the application trying to find what it's talking about. However, I recently went through that book myself and I have to admit there were several misspellings and grammatical errors. It was actually pretty distracting. It was an alright book to start with but don't be surprised if you feel like you need more when you're finished. I've since purchased "Beginning Mac Programming" by Tim Isted and "Programming in Objective-C 2.0" by Stephen G. Kochan. I highly recommend the later as it's very thorough and covers all the bases.

Message me if you have any questions about that Objective-C for Dummies book as I went through it only a month ago or so. It's still pretty fresh on my memory.
