i've tried apple support no help there ipod back up error?
i have this same question on here but im asking again i need more answere. i tried to ask apple for help but they wont help unless you pay and after i spent sooooo much money at their store. i just downloaded the latest software to my computer and after hooking my ipod touch to update it software it will not back up my data and i'll be dambed if i lose everything again. i keep getting error messages im trying again as i type this but i dont expect much i dont know what to do please help i about to cry no kidding cry help

You can cable ipod to a pc and backup the data there. There may be some useful software in this site please check for trial downloads free http://www.downloadsoftwarefor.com You need recovery soft wares.
