Do I need to flash a mac graphics card to pc?

my brother gave me a 512mb graphics card (agp) and i know you have to flash pc graphics card to mac but do i have to do it the other way around?

You didn't mention the brand or model of the card, but it's AGP so it's probably not brand new. My advice is to install it on your computer, turn it on, and see what happens. You will need to download the appropriate ATI or Nvidia drivers of course, but the PC should be able to use that card assuming you have the appropriate AGP slot and a sufficient power supply.
