I have on my desktop iso image file of win xp bootable cd, can i mount image from virtual driver?

I have on my desktop iso image file of win xp bootable cd, can i mount image from virtual driver?
like demon tool or what form u tell me exattly.
I want to details of iso image to virtual drive what is the prosses of it, what is a actual step by step tell me.
I have windows xp sp2 bootable cd files can i convert to bootable dvd beacause of my dvd writer ( ROM ) has not read my xp cd , but i am lucky to i have allredy copy my cd's file on my hard disk before dvd rom has Unrepaired.I want a bootable cd files from hard disk to write a bootable dvd for format the pc, i have treye many time write dvd but it can fail each time kant boot dvd, any buddy help me can it possible write dvd from my file if yes u tell me EASY and details prosses of that.

i would mount it with daemon tools. It;s really easy.
just download daemon tools.
right click the icon that should now be in the lower right corner and click mount image.
locate the iso and mount the image.
you should be able to locate it in my computer.
