iTunes Help- Error Window Message?

I have had iTunes on my computer for quite some time and never had any problems with it until today. When iTunes opened it popped up the Windows installer program and then gave me an error reading "Error writing to file: C:/ProgramFiles/iTunes/iTunes.Resources/fi.lproj/MusicStoreBar.nib/info.nib. Verify that you have access to that directory."

Try right click iTunes and running as administrator in Vista.

You might also want to take ownership of the folder, but I doubt this is the case (http://www.technobeta.com/posts/add-take-ownership-option-to-the-windows-vista-context-menu/)

Becareful when taking ownership of system files.
